How to Enable Gong in Highspot
To set up the Gong integration in Highspot, a Company Admin must log into Highspot and link a Gong Technical Administrator account in Company Settings. The following steps need to be completed before users can View Highspot Pitch Engagements in Gong.
- In Highspot, go to User Menu > Settings > Company Settings > Your Company > Cloud Services > Gong.
- Slide the Enable option to On/Green.
- Click Link Account. Only a Gong Technical Administrator needs to link their Gong account in Highspot in order to send pitch data to the Gong Deals Activity Timeline. No other users need to link their Gong accounts in their personal Cloud Services settings.
- Click Link on the dialog box informing you that a new page will open to help you link your Gong account.
- Log in to your Technical Administrator Gong account to link it to Highspot.
- Once you have successfully logged in to Gong, a “Connected” message appears in Highspot.
- Click Save Changes.
