What is the integration going to do?

It will send the call recording to Gong, where Gong will transcribe them to text and use AI to analyze and offer various reporting and insights.

Besides the call recording, Nuacom will also send Gong the call metadata like the phone numbers of the call parties, call date, duration and the external contact name and company if you have Nuacom connected to a CRM like Hubspot.

Can we restrict which calls are sent to Gong?

When setting up the connection, you must select which Nuacom phone line or call queue calls should be sent to Gong.

What Nuacom licence is needed to use the integration?

The following Nuacom licences offer call recording and Gong integration: Premium, Enterprise and Contact Center.

How to Connect

To use this integration, you must have a Nuacom account with a licence that supports call recording and the Gong integration. For details, please check nuacom.com. The user connecting to the integration should also be an admin in the Nuacom account.

To connect, follow these steps:
  1. Login into the Nuacom portal: app.nuacom.com
  2. Go to Settings -> Apps and Integrations
  3. Find "Gong" on the list of available integrations and click the "Connect" button
  4. You will be prompted to authorize the connection to your Gong account and must enter your Gong credentials.
  5. Once the connection is made, on the same page, you will need to map the Nuacom user to a Gong user and choose which call recordings for which phone line you wish to be sent to Gong for processing.
