About Sendoso
Trigger personalized emails containing egift links to those who book a meeting to increase attendance. For prospects that have become unresponsive, include an email in your sequence for a physical or egift of their choice. Track it all within the Deal/Contact Activity Timeline, so you never have to leave your workflow.

How to Connect
- Navigate to Integrations and select Gong or directly follow this link
- Click the “Sync Gong” button
- Log in with your Gong account and allow Sendoso to communicate with your Gong account.
Requirements:
- Customers are required to have an account with Sendoso
- The Sendoso user authenticating should at least have the “manager” role
- The authenticating user must be a Gong tech admin
FAQ
Can I have Sendoso send the email for me while using the email composer?
No, at this time only gift links are supported. If you'd like Sendoso to send the email on your behalf, please log in to the Sendoso platform.
What gift statuses will I receive in Gong?
Currently, Sendoso will only send statuses for eGifts. You will know when the eGift has been opened (if applicable), clicked, and used.
Can Sendoso be used in Gong Flows?
Yes! But be aware of a couple of common mistakes:
- Standard Sendoso eGift links are 1:1 only, so if this is a manual email step, insert something to alert the reps to generate an eGift link. (eg. {{Sendoso eGift link!}})
- If you want to do an auto email step, use our Party Link feature to do a 1:Many send
Do the statuses only appear when I send via Gong?
No, Sendoso will send activity to contacts/leads in Gong no matter where the send originates from.
