Must be a Gong Tech Admin and have a Guru account (Guru accounts can be created here )

1. Navigate to https://app.getguru.com/settings/integrations/sources and click the Gong tile to start the installation wizard
2. Upon completion of the installation wizard, your integration with Gong will be active and will run in the background
3. Access to the synced data can be specified for particular user groups

What data will be collected?

Guru will sync extended call information including context information and content. The content that will be synced includes the call brief, key points, highlights, topics, points of interest, outline, and call outcome.

Will all calls be collected?

All calls will be collected with the exception of those marked as private.
