This integration allows Dust customers to have an agent analyze Gong transcripts after a call/meeting finishes.
Users can build an agent that is linked to a wide variety of approved datasources enabling an equally wide variety of possible actions on Gong transcripts.

How to Connect
A Gong technical admin is required to make the initial connection, and must contact the Dust team to activate Gong transcripts for your workspace.
- Click on your profile picture and then go to "Transcripts processing".
- Click "Gong" and click the "Connect Gong" button.
- You will be presented with a screen showing the authorization scope required to make the Gong integration work.
- Click OK
- Choose the assistant you want to analyze your transcripts
- Click the "Enable" toggle
- You're done!
FAQ
Can I use one of the default assistants like @gpt4 or @claude-3?
No, this would not make sense: you need to create an assistant that will have specific instructions about what to do with the transcript.
We have a 'tldr' assistant template which summarizes the document it receives, which could be a good start.
How long do I need to wait before receiving my processed transcript?
Transcription usually takes less than 15 minutes
